I work for Mary Kay Inc. in Dallas and am in the process of building a case to lead a content strategy team. I have been with the company for 26 years, have had many roles in the creative group all focusing on the development of content. I currently manage all of the writers, social media and web but my team also provides the concepting/copy/360 deliverables for campaigns and product launches. I was wondering if I could schedule some time to get specific advice on how to convince/demonstrate/put together a business case to influence the deisison that a content strategy makes sense for us from everything from better collaboration across function, more purposeful content, implementing metrics, etc. I look forward to hearing from you,
